I know it's been awhile... Like a long while.

So much life stuff has happened this past year. And the truth is, the last thing I've wanted to do was hop on here + post. The idea of content pillars, algorithms, videos, new features, etc all felt exhausting.

The past few months, I've focused on things that have brought me joy. I'm back in a ceramic studio, getting my hands dirty + creating things for fun. I started a veggie garden, and while the Texas summer killed almost everything, I'm hopeful for our fall crop. I've read so. many. books. I'm slowly adjusting to life in Austin, away from family + friends.

So while I'll never be the kinda girl that posts daily (shoutout to those of you that do!), I’ll try to show up here more often. 🖤

My husband got a new job, so last week we packed up and headed to our new home in Austin. Thankfully, my work can be done from anywhere with an internet connection, so now that we're (mostly) settled, it's business as usual.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

We're loving this city so far (minus the mosquitos) + are looking forward to exploring all that Austin has to offer.
