Local History Center

The Local History Center has been collecting, organizing and preserving historical materials from the Palos Verdes Peninsula since 1969. The center is part of the Palos Verdes Library at Peninsula Center, and in order to gain more exposure for the Center, they came to me needing branding. We decided on a eucalyptus branch as the trees are prominent on the Peninsula, and trees in general carry symbolism such as family, history and knowledge.
